We have a learner who successfully completed their Level 2 apprenticeship course in March of this year. The learner began another apprenticeship programe on June 25, and this information has been entered into the ILR system. However, the ILR submission is flagging multiple records with the same ULN, even though previous Learner Reference Number was recorded to the recent record. Could you please advise on how this error can be resolved?
