Thanks Steve. I agree with what you are saying above. I have spent most of the day trying different combinations of data in the fields. There are only 2 aims - A ZPROG001 and another one which I have flagged as 5 - Core Aim. I have been claiming funding for Study Programs for over 5 years and never had a problem; I wondered whether this was a funding change for 24/25, but apparently not. We have just started using a different MIS system for our Study Program ILR so I am focussing my investigations on that now. If there is anyone out there who uses Bud and does put their Study Program learners through Bud ILR then I would love to talk with them to get some advice. I compared an XML file from last year to a Bud XML and it looks like the ZPROG001 should not be exported at all, just the Core Aim and a "4" as you indicate above. Hopefully Bud Support will get back to me soon.
