Thank you Martin - are you able to point me to the official wording on this? I'm trying to make sure we are bullet-proof for if/when an employer questions this - especially in the example above - where they have allowed a learner extra time during programme to complete tasks/hours/etc thanks

Steve Hewitt - didnt see your reply before I added my comments. My understanding was that if there were 100 "funded" days remaining then this is all we could add back into the ILR - but that all the docs and the plan could/should support the learners actual requirements. So is this not the case?

strictly speaking there isnt a PED at this point - so can we agree that the remaining 100 days will now take (eg) 130 and this date (restart +130) can go in the ILR as well as on the docs?

I know this is an old one - but... how do we code up a learner who was made redundant while in EPA? Can we add an EmpHistory Line with an effective date AFTER the Actual End Date? Will this still trigger full funding for the completion payment? Thanks

Hello - did you ever get anywhere with this? I've got a lovely (little) list of queries relating to learners who have moved emp or been made redundant AFTER they entered Gateway. My query is - can an Employment History Line be dated AFTER the AED? so long as its before the AchDate? Do we just code these in the same way as a normal CHOC or does the learner have to been withdrawn back to AED and re-enrolled? thanks
