For the low wage pilot with the TVCA we are instructed in the TVCA funding rules to put DAM 010 and DAM 023 to claim full funding. hope this helps.

Eleanor, did you get an answer? I have an employer wanting to employ an apprentice but the start date will be 24th September for their apprenticeship with us for evidence of first of learning and they want to employ them now. I have been questioned if that the timescale will affect the claim for the employer new apprentice incentive but I can't see it being a problem from the guidance I have read.

I double checked with service desk and they have informed me to complete with no achievement; Hello, I have an apprentice that completed his framework apprenticeship achieving the component aims but failed their mandatory functional skills. I have completed and achieved their component aims on the ILR, completed with no achievement their functional skills but with their programme aim am correct in completing with no achievement or do I need to withdraw with no achievement as they did not achieve their functional skills? Thank you for the reply! This is how I have been working and was my understanding. I haven't came across this rule violation in my reports since 18/19 when it was FRM18. I have been asked for information on this rule and looking at the 20/21 FRM guidance would this rule now be; [image] And would they come up as an error or warning in rule violating reports when submitting my ILR, the FRM reports that come from submit my learner reports, VYED or all of the above.
