Thanks Steve. The postcodes were incorrect for the learners.

Hi Ruth That does make sense and this is how it has been done at my new company for 20-21 against the planned hours on the learners electronic ILP/timetable. However in previous years they did use separate non reg z codes for induction, work related activity, enrichment and tutorials. Yet nobody can explain the change, which is why I was curious about what other providers are doing. Thanks

Hi Ruth thanks for the response. This is what I saw in the guidance which is why I'm getting confused as what to do. I think coming from apprenticeships is giving me a mental block. As our SP programme consists of Employability (core aim) then Maths and English, is a learner leaves then they are withdrawn from all aims. Q12 If a young person withdraws from just one learning aim in their study programme within the first 6 weeks of their programme during the funding year, does the institution have to change the planned hours? A12 Yes, the institution must update the planned hours to remove all of the hours for the aim from the total. This rule applies regardless of the original length of the study programme or the funding band of the student. If excluding the hours already delivered within the first 6 weeks would make a material difference to the student’s funding band, institutions can include just the hours that they have already delivere

Thanks I have used the advised connection string in FIS and the test in FIS is showing as connected. I have also added the connection string into the FIS import settings, however when I try to import FIS into PDSATS it is erroring stating "FIS has no funding values. Please run the funding calculations in FIS." Very confusing indeed. Our IT team are struggling with it as well.

I'm having the same problems trying to get the sampler to work for our 16-19 and adult contracts. I have raised a ticket with the support desk but they haven't responded yet. Is there not a set of working papers for providers to use for sampling? The only ones I can find for 16-19 are from 16/17. Many thanks Chris
