Hi Martin,   We did set these learners up as restarts with new episodes but we had to include the original start date because our MI system comes up with an error if we don't but the original start date in. (PICS)       so we can keep

In relation to this post we have the same with a learner, do you take the 12 weeks of redundancy from the date they were made redundant or from the date they return from the BIL due to ill health?

Hi Kelly, I feel like there is a cut off point and you scenario is what I was thinking. Which is a concern for our Hairdressing learners that have been unable to practice or sit EPA's for so long. If anyone has anything else on this please let me know.   Thank you    Kate
