Good afternoon, Thank you for all your help again: I have now completed the EAS form and awaiting submission. I am sorry if I am having to ask one last question. It takes a bit long to get a response from our GLA manager. -For this the 'London Factor uplift': do we need to code each learning aim on ILR with a DAM code? or do we only work out from the Devolved Occ. report, and submit the claim using EAS form without having to add any DAM code on ILR? I have just been told that I need to add " DAM code 040 Devolved Area Skills Projects": which is even more confusing to me Please let me know as the guidance are not quite clear and we I am getting confused. Thanks in advance. Glad

Hello Steveh, Thank you very much for this information. I will share this with my colleague and to ensure that we are only claiming the extra London funding, which is the 'London Factor uplift' using ESA. Very useful to know and glad that I check first. Thank you again Glad.

Hi Chris I believe this have to exactly as it is typed here. We are reviewing our enrolment form here here and just had to copy and paste. We also noticed that the contact preferences are no longer on there, but noticed that these are still part of the ILR spec: for this reason, we decided to leave them on. Are also leaving these options on your enrolment form? Thanks

Please see below for a response from the ESFA: Subject: CI-0135038 CRM:0261701961 Good morning We have been made aware of an issue effecting community learning aims funded by MCAs which is causing the following rules to trigger incorrectly: LearnAimRef_88 LearnAimRef_89 LearnAimRef_91 LearnAimRef_92 LearnAimRef_93 We are working to resolve this and expect the issue to be resolved by the end of the week. Please note that due to the number of rule violations involved, we are unable to set these to warnings. Regards (Subject area lead - ILR/Data returns) ESFA Customer Service Visit our pages on GOV.UK
