Thanks Kelly - it's Adult Education Budget. The subcontractor sends in an ILR which I then add to our in house one and another subcontractor. I've downloaded reports and isolated the correct subcontractors learners within the main occupancy report. My question is then how to calculate the remaining potential funding they could get from current learners, as they don't want to go over budget.

Hi Kelly, I'm not sure what those mean. I work for a local authority where a couple of external providers send an ILR to me, and we add this to the in house information. I then submit this to the ESFA. If that doesn't help, can you give me some more info on what apps and AEB refers to? Thanks Paul

Thanks Steve. The learner is unemployed (11) and has been for 36 months+ (5). The error is coming back for their second learning aim only, which is Adult Skills (their first learning aim is community learning). For a similar learner that's in employment, we added Learning Delivery Monitoring Code 363, but as this learner is unemployed we can't use that code for them.

Hi Julie, For this return we are moving some of the courses to one ILR and removing them from the other - as the files are merged together after this we still get the same output, although more difficult to then break them back out in the reporting afterwards. Not sure if this will be a long term solution but seems the best option at present. Thanks Paul

Hi Steve, Thanks for getting back to me. Looks like I've found a resolution - the file no longer had this error once it was merged with the other providers' ones. The merged file defaulted to the local authority UKPRN which solved the problem. Thanks Paul
