For those of you who use MIS ProSolution - remember that you can use bulk update feature to update all adult learners quickly with 023 Dam code- rather than one by one.

Thank you Ruth. We are a small organisation and only 2 of us use PDSAT - I spoke to that person and she has not got any login instructions. I have emailed both supports - let us see how long we have to wait - so far, we have been waiting for 2 months.

Dear All, I am also having a problem accessing PDSAT as I tried to register on the PDSAT website https://pdsat.co.uk/ about 7 times since December- I keep on getting this message "The organisation details you have provided have already been used to create a PFDSAT Organisation. Please request a user account from your Organisation Administrator" I am the Administrator and I cannot do it - Can someone help, please? There was no message from them on how to log in - I have checked my email junk folder and it is not there. I sent an email to PDSAT support as well as to ESFA support and I am just running an endless circle with no access to PDSAT.

Hi Steve, All the non teaching staff roles have this same problem: Administrators, IT support, Senior Managers etc. I cannot leave empty "Main Subject Taught" and "Highest Taught" for non-teaching staff - what do you put there for non-teachers? Thank you.
