Hi, I know this post was a year ago but I have had an enquiry regarding an international student wishing to complete a level 2 apprenticeship, they are saying they don't benefit from any funding as a university student as they are an international student and not a British student.  They have been in the UK over 3 years and their visa expires 31/12/2024, are they eligible for funding through the levy please?
