Hi Steve, Thanks for your earlier message and the link — really helpful. Would you mind pointing me in the right direction within the form itself? I’m still a bit confused about where exactly to start the claim process once I land on that page. It doesn’t have the usual big green “Start” button, so I just want to make sure I’m not missing anything before I pass it on to the ALS department. If you have a screenshot or can highlight where to click, that would be brilliant. Thanks again for your help!
