Nicola Barton You should see a blue FE workforce staff & vacancy data collection on the Submit learner data portal. If you do not see this then you need to get the IDAMS super user at your organisation to give you the IDAMS 'Submit learner data - FE workforce' - role.

Emma Stevens if you take out the qualifications for assessors that should resolve the errors. The qualifications are only required for teaching staff.

Chris Baker that is correct currently there is not a submit button in the online form for the staff collection. All staff members that are shown on your complete tab on the staff list page, when the collection closes, will make up your staff return. For the vacancy & recruitment online form there is a finish button, but data can continue to be updated till the collection closes.

Hi Craig Humphreys yes that is correct, there is no submit button currently for the staff online form. The collection will pick up all your staff members after the close date that are in a completed state.
