Hello Guys Can you please help me understand the new rules for off the job training and BIL, surely it should be a break in funding not a break in learning, I have a real problem with a forced break in  learning when 'no active learning 'has been evidenced, this is not a deterrent for the Employer or the learner, only a problem for us as a college  - a BIL has particular criteria and not evidencing  active learning is not one of them , If i were an employer or learner i would expect employment law to protect me from this ? please help me understand how this can be lawful clare
