Receiving this error in a 22/23 submission Error\Warning,Last Name,First Names,Date of Birth,Rule Name,Field Values,Error Message,OFFICIAL - SENSITIVE Error,Zzzzzs,xxxx,03/11/1960,BR_FurtherEducationDuration_02,FurtherEducationDuration=1,The Further Education Duration is less than the employment duration, I can't see any reference to this error in the validation rues published here for 22/23 Further education workforce data collection - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk) I don't recall seeing anything like that last year. In our system the employee start date is 20/09/2021 and the date started teaching FE is 25/10/2021 Any pointers much appreciated.

Thinking ahead to the 22/23 submission, how should persons who have left employment in the submission year and then been re-employed later in the same year be treated for the calculation of FTE and Annual Salary etc. Should both employments be factored into the figures or just the latest employment
