Hi Kelly. It is a VISA RETURNING RESIDENT, learner initially had indefinite leave to remain but has lived outside of UK for more than 2 years. Upon return in UK she had to apply for this visa to enter. Learner has been in the country for the last 3 years, but the visa mentioned above has expired in 2018 and hasn't got anything else. Thanks.
