You say the ILR was updated to completed, no achievement in error so you will have received all the funding and the completion payment in the previous contract year. As the funding in DAS has been reconciled at year end and you did not put her on a BIL I suggest you contact the help desk to resolve this issue.

ILR - Gateway returning to learning

We have a learner that went through gateway, sat part of her EPA but then went on maternity leave.
She has now returned and we've recognised that her ILR was updated to completed, no achievement in error. This is what was recorded as part of our last R14 submission.
The learner has now returned and would like to continue with her EPA. We will obviously need to complete some recap learning with her before she is ready to re-take - how should we manage this from an ILR POV? Should we update the current ILR as it was an admin error, or treat her as a re-start?
