I am hoping that you can help with a query.
We currently hold an agreement with an EPAO for them to deliver EPA for various standards to our apprentices.
We have recently been informed by them that moving forward all of the EPAs they do will be done through the accreditation of another EPAO, and that we should update our ILR to reflect this. In addition, we are told we should maintain contact with our usual contacts and following existing booking processes as normal.
I have queried this, as surely we need to have a direct contract with the new EPAO in order for them to deliver EPA services to our learners, but have been provided with an updated agreement that states all EPAs will be delivered under the new EPAO number. However, this agreement isn't signed by the new EPAO, but both organisations websites reference working together, and i do have an email from the new one confirming it. I'm just not convinced of the strength of an email when it comes to audit
Am I right to be querying this or am i just being overly cautious?
