You can't just change it, I'm pretty sure it's part of the key criteria they match on (though I can't actually find of list of fields anywhere). There's no listed advice for this. How wrong is it, and does it impact on funding? If they went on to sit the EPA, it won't be a funding issue, and you could probably just keep a note about it in case audited. There's this advice if they actually did study into 22/23;
If the correct AED was still in 21/22, and it makes a difference to funding, I'd say contact ESFA.

Error with actual end date n previous year

Hello,
If we submitted a learner processed as completion status 1, outcome 8 with actual end date at R14 21/22, how could we go about correcting an error with the actual end date on this record in 22/23? I'm guessing it will cause continuation issues if we just change it in 22/23?
