I'm not aware of any way you can now claim this. We have something in our employer contract that basically says that, if they cause us to lose funding by doing something wrong or failing to do something, we will invoice them for that lost funding. We could send to debt collection if it was enough. That wouldn't change just because they were no longer employed by them.

Employer fails to pay all or part of their co-investment fee
Created
If an employer fails to pay their co-investment fee (all or part of), is there a way of claiming the achievement funding?
An Apprentice changed employer, but the original employer failed to pay part of their co-investment fee, i.e. £31.00 despite numerous attempts to collect the fees. As a result of this the 20% achievement funding has been withheld.
Any help/advice would be appreciated.
