It should just be like a normal change of employer at that point? You'll get the previous (current) employer to fully stop the learner on the apprenticeship service, get the new employer to give you permission to add the apprentice to their account, then transfer them via the 'change employer' function. You'll process it on the ILR as a return with the restart indicator, residual price etc.
Andrew Dickens you wouldn't convert it to a withdrawal if the break was specifically for a change of employer scenario. The original record would be left as temporarily withdrawn and a restart added in the 'normal' way.

Return from BIL at new employer
Created
I have used the 12 week BIL a couple of times for learners who are trying to find a new role - but have yet to return someone.
My query is - how does everyone action a return from BIL at a different employer?
eg - learner takes 9 weeks. If I restart - then CHOC the next day - then there is a massive gap in TAS and a DLock that I cant fix!
TIA
