PDSAT sampler - Failed

Ran one this morning and seems to be okay

What is it showing when you say it's failing? Do you get a prompt of any kind? Have you used the latest version of FIS to run your source file?

I think it is the file type I am using?

Exactly the same here, was given access last week, tried for the first time this morning, received the same error.

As it asks, I have contacted the Helpdesk

Hmm, was the FIS file you uploaded via Returns a .zip?

If so, I'm not sure if it's anything you're doing. Your Sampler file above is missing the .xlsm (macro spreadsheet) suffix, but that file is an output, which suggests it's something on their end that isn't quite working? I'm guessing you've contacted the helpdesk? 

With my troubleshooter hat on, just to check, are you using the latest version of FIS from April?

We are using the latest version 2223.11 yes. I have contacted the helpdesk who have passed it onto the developers....

Hey, Before it moved online I think it was the SQL output needed :) trying to get mine to work but not happening at moment.

Both the SQL and direct Access/CSV export options work for me; just tested the latter to be certain there wasn't anything funky going on behind the scenes. Seems like it may just be another intermittent fault with the PDSAT environment. 

My Reports Dashboard still doesn't work, if it's any consolation

Getting the same error with the sampler (also my reports dashboard not working either)

I received an email stating the Sampler has been fixed, and I have now been able to create a ssample spreadsheet

Uploaded the FIS file but now it wont let me run the sample, any ideas please?

Forgive the obviousness, but I presume you've actually attempted ticking the box to the left of '16 to 19 provision' before clicking 'Run'?

Would definitely help if there was a column header, that's for sure!
