Ah, a classic. In a sense, it barely matters, assuming they're going to do a qualification/non-EEP class this week/next week? Would only get particularly tricky if they withdraw round the qualifying date when the first day of learning *would* matter... Worst case, if you've got withdrawals like this, you could put the qual start date as today with a note and evidence to explain why?
As usual with these things, it's mainly due to the SP rules being written for fulltime/full year programmes that things like this get tricky...

Study Programme - Personal and Social Development

Hi, we had some Study Programme Learners start their Programmes today and they attended a Personal and Social Development Session. The PSD hours are obviously recorded within the EEP hours but does anyone know how I can record PSD within the ILR. I have asked this question in the past and was told you cant record the PSD on the ILR but their first day of learning was today so how would I get round this? Thanks in Advance.
