Have they said specifically what issue it is they're having? I've noticed a handful of times that this issue affects apprentices who have a middle name that's entered as part of the first name(s) in one place (e.g., the ILR) but in their surname(s) in the other. Sounds ridiculous, but it does cause the service to throw a fit.
e.g.,
ILR
- first name(s): Ben
- surname(s): Test James
DAS
- first name(s): Ben Test
- surname(s): James

We've checked all the details, including whether there was a need for a middle name to be added etc. Everything matches and is correct.
The issue is, you don't get any information, apprentice just get's a message saying 'if your details are correct, contact your provider' . . . but it's unclear what we can do when they contact us!

Confirm your apprenticeship details

Hi all,
We're getting instances where new apprentices are reaching out to us because they can't confirm their apprenticeship details, and the App Service signposts them to us to resolve.
The issue we're finding is that the details they are using are correct and match the details entered into the service - so just curious as to what we can do as a provider to resolve this? Appreciate that confirming their details are 'optional' but if a learner want's to set up a 'My Apprenticeship' account, then we obviously want to support that.
Any advice would be appreciated,
