@Steve all of them! Been locked out since last Thursday as password reset emails are not working. Luckily, the service desk have manually reset mine this morning and it seems fine now. I've had a 2 users locked out for weeks recently so was panicking as the super user not being able to get into anything, especially as it told me it was the wrong username/password which it very definitely wasn't!

Is anyone else struggling with IDAMS accounts being locked and unable to reset passwords? I know there's a pinned post about this and I've got a call open with the service desk but none of our users are able to get on and I'm really concerned the deadline for the funding claim is tomorrow and we are unable to complete it at present.
