Submit Learner Data (SLD) will use DfE sign-in from 17th July 23

Signing in to Submit Learner Data (SLD) service will be changing on 17th July 2023 

All SLD users will need a Department for Education (DfE) Sign-in account to continue to use the service. 

This change will not affect the way Submit Learner Data works once you are signed-in. 

An email from DfE Sign-in will be sent to the email address linked to your IDAMs account about the change. 

If you are a registered SLD user and have not received an email by Monday 19th June 2023, check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there contact us using the DfE Sign-in help form.

I'm able to log in using the DfE sign-in, so perhaps there's something you've not yet done? Suggest you contact them via the below form

Hi Ben,

I can login to DFE and I have added the Submit Learner Data Service, but it is not taking me to the Submit Learner Data Portal.

Hi,

Mine is also the same have a DfE login and have the correct permission but I'm getting the same error message. The help section suggests that it may be unavailable but if others are able to get in that can't be the case.

Did you manage to sort this issue out? I still cant access to upload submissions and i just get the error message you have screenshot above.

Any help would be appreciated.

Good afternoon Nicola Barton,

 The technical team are advising that users should delete their web browser cookies/cache via the setting and restart the browser before logging on. 

Should this not work please contact us via the Online Form
