SLD - Your files uploading

Good morning all,

is anyone else experiencing issues with SLD this morning?

We have uploaded an XML but it doesnt seem to be submitting, just coming up with Your files uploading and been like that for quite some time.

Are you still encountering stalling while trying to upload to SLD?
