SLD ILR Uploading Issue

Edited

None

Good afternoon all,

We are currently experiencing some technical issues causing processing of ILR files to slow down.

We are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. We will review the situation at 3pm and will publish another update subsequently.

Thank you,

 Henry W

SLD processes EAS returns in normal time, but sticks on ILRs. Any update on this? Thanks

Any update? As Claims that were submitted at 11am still haven't been processed

Hi all,

As providers are currently experiencing slow ILR file processing caused by some technical issues, we are extending the submission deadline to 8pm to allow more time for all files to be processed for the close of R11 period.

 Thank you,

Judging by how slow the system is working (if at all) what happens if we do not have a file processed by 8pm?

First file submitted at 10.54 this morning failed, ESFA resubmit 11.55 - failed and now just processing upload since 14.23 - submitted another at 16.12 (processing) just in case the last was was stuck in a loop

Hi all,

We are aware that ILR file processing continues to be impacted following a background upgrade by Microsoft. The submission window has already been extended to 8pm and all files submitted will be processed as normal and we do not expect any impact to payments timetable to providers. We do expect that some reports will be delayed but these should all be available my midday tomorrow (Friday).

We will continue to monitor the issue and provide an update tomorrow morning.

Thank you,

 Henry W

My concern is that the files that have been submitted may fail and not be processed - I have 2 submissions that are showing as failed after 'processing' for quite some time.

What happens if we do not have a successful upload before the 8pm deadline despite the numerous attempts today?

If I have two batch files still processing and they then fail - will the last successfully uploaded batch file processed be the one that we are paid by?

Hi all,

We will re-run any failed files as part of the month-end process to ensure providers receive payment. We will aim to process the most recent submission when doing this.

thank you,

Hi Henry, we have submitted our file at 1:20pm and it's still showing as processing.
Shall we export and submit a new file or just wait for the outcome of one which is still processing ?
How do we know if the file was received by the ESFA and didn't get lost in the loop or requires additional submission?

Thank you,
Anna

Hello amarcinov

There is no need to resubmit the file unless you have made any changes. If it does not finish processing we will be resubmitting it on your behalf as part of the month end payment process. This advice applies to any provider experiencing this problem.

Thank you
