You'd have to ask the relevant EPAO I think. I strongly suspect it won't be acceptable, so you'll just have to enter them for the FS assessments.
We'd do our own assessment, and if working below the level required, we'd do some delivery and claim funding. If they came out as already working at the required level, we'd just put them through the assessment and not record in the ILR.

Good afternoon
Inquiry regarding High School Diplomas attained through American High Schools - would these be sufficient equivalent for functional skill exemptions at level 2 or level 3 apprenticeship programmes?
Have tried to apply through NARIC (ENIC) for the comparability certificate, however they won't accept the diploma certificate and looking into this further there is some literature stating that the High School Diploma is equivalent and can be used.
Would anyone be able to clarify this please.
