So My question here is if they go passed the end date on their original app agreement, and we get a revised one, do we then need to change the dates in both ILR and DAS, because if you've had 80% funds (just completion to go) and you change the dates, won't that lead to all kinds of issues?
I might be over thinking this....
No, you wouldn't amend the planned end date in the ILR because
The planned end date of the learning aim must be entered in this field at the start of the learning aim. This should remain constant and must not be changed. It is not expected to be a rolling date subject to changes.
The planned end date must remain the same between teaching years as it is used in success rates to match data from one year to the next.
You would be expected to update the apprenticeship agreement/training plan however as, in addition to the apprenticeship agreement needing to remain valid/in place for the entirety of the apprenticeship programme, you are advised to do so here
215. If any circumstances change that affect any agreements, providers and employers must revise existing agreements or create new agreements. This includes but is not limited to:
...
215.6. Changes to the apprenticeship duration;
Yes, the two may no longer be in accord, but it is in keeping with the rules, and the DAS planned end date doesn't really matter anyway.

App Agreement (23/24 rules)

Hello,
P54 states that the App Agreement this must cover the actual duration of the programme, which to me implies that we need to update this for learners who go beyond their planned end date. Is this correct and how others are reading this?
Thanks for any help
