PDSAT issues

We had the same issue. Yesterday, I emailed the helpdesk. Still waiting for their reply.

Yeah, some reports of this on CMIS as well...

Is anyone else still having issues uploading?  I've had a return just sitting at processing for about 90 minutes now. I just want to run some checks on my data!!

We had the same issues, but it seemed to work in the afternoon.

We have another issue with the PDSAT online tool. When we upload an ILR file, some reports,which we know should have learners on them, have zero learners and the 23A-103 report does not record the 'Count of Employers'. However, if we upload a FIS file, there doesn't seem to be an issue with missing data. Has anyone else experienced this?

My ILR one has eventually gone in now Darren O'Neill but it took so long i've not checked the reports yet. 

I can't comment on Fis as i'm currently having issues with that too.....Roll on my holiday in 2 weeks

Has anyone got their R12 annotations back in? I've done exactly the same as previous months but it just keeps failing. 

Hi all, 

I've started having problems again, trying to upload an R13 file.  It just fails really quickly and says contact the helpdesk, which i have done but awaiting a reply. 

I've been trying since last week and am having no luck!

I am trying to upload my R01 FIS file to PDSAT but it has failed.  Is anyone else having the same problem?  I've raised this query with the helpdesk on a several occasion but not heard anything back yet, and there's nothing showing on the site itself.   Thank you,

The software won't allow 23-24 uploads yet. 

I've finally managed to get it to start accepting 22-23 return again though!

Yes, traditionally PDSAT isn't available until just before R04.

This PDSAT website is tragic to work with. It can rarely load and when it loads the uploaded ILR files are always coming up as error.
