I'm surprised you were able to enter an Actual End Date that falls in 22/23, into the 21/22 ILR data. I would have thought that would error. I'd double check the withdrawal is correctly appearing in the 21/22 R14 Apps month end reports from SLD. I'd probably pull the record into 22/23 anyway to be on the safe side, as that's where an August 2022 Actual End Date belongs.

One of our apprentices was recorded on the 21/22 funding as a withdrawal with an actual end in very early August. Unfortunately we have noticed now that she was not carried onto 22/23 when the data was migrated. My question would be, do we need to add her back onto R12 2023 (and until the end of the funding year) or is it best to leave it off now (would it be reported anyway from the 21/22 returns)?
