ILR Submission R01 23/24

I can't see R01 open on the ILR submission portal for 23/24 - can you advise when this will open?

R013 is showing though.

i have called ESFA helpdesk and evidently they have had a couple of queries with the same issue, so hoping it will get resolved soon, especially with the deadline for submission only 1 week away...
