Thank you Ruth Canham-James. Does this mean that I delete the learner from the following years ILR as they achieved in July 23, but has pulled through into my 23/24 learner entry tool import. I presume I delete her from 23/24 now?

I have an apprentice who returned from a BIL and has now achieved. I have returned the open aims as achieved, but can anyone tell me exactly what to do with the original aims which are recorded as a BIL, I cannot find any guidance on this anywhere.
