ContPrefType_03 error

Hi all, does anyone know how to clear the error below: 

ContPrefType_03     DD06=01/08/2022|ContPrefType=PMC|ContPrefCode=6|    The Contact preference type and code is not valid for this Learning start date

I've had a look at the ILR validation rules but can't work out what needs to be changed on the ILR.

You just don't need to record PMC anymore;

It changed in 22/23;

Thanks Ruth Canham-James, it was a re-start so copied the info over on our ILR, all good now :)

We are having the same issue with 8 learners who have returned to do a higher qualification and the Contract Preferences are being pulled through to the return from the old records. Are you using SITS Laura?
