Ask the student to pick, it's a self-assessment, they don't have to have it recorded in the ILR fields if they don't want. We have internal ways of recording ADHD. I just had a quick look, and some declare no LDD, some report it as Social and Emotional, some as Mental Health, some Learning Difficulty, some Medical!

I have an apprentice diagnosed with ADHD, and I'm not sure how to record this under the available categories. Although it is not a mental health disorder it might be considered a 'mental health difficulty'; otherwise it would have to be 'Other medical condition' I think since it isn't in itself a learning difficulty.
