Hi, i have added event aims for a number of learners but when i upload to Submit learner data i get the errors named in the title with following description -
The learning aim validity criteria must be met in Table 1, the validity end date (if entered) on the record with the latest validity start date in the LARS database for this Learning aim reference must be after the end of the previous teaching year for the corresponding Validity category where LearningDelivery.LearnAimRef = LARS_LearnAimRef
This rule is not triggered where a learning aim ref has a matching validity category code from the LARS_CategoryRef listed in Table 1 or ESF funded provision (LearningDelivery.FundModel = 70) or Apprenticeship provision (DD07=Y)
For learning aims ending on or after 1 August 2020 (LearningDelivery.LearnActEndDate >= 2020-08-01), the learning aim validity criteria must be met in Table 2, the learning aim start date must be valid in LARS by looking at the funding validity (LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate < LARS_StartDate or > LARS_EndDate in the LARS_Validity table) for the corresponding Validity category where LearningDelivery.LearnAimRef = LARS_LearnAimRef or by looking at the category code where applicable (LearningDelivery.LearnStartDate < LARS_EffectiveFrom or > LARS_EffectiveTo in the LARS_LearningDeliveryCategory) for the corresponding LARS_CategoryRef where LearningDelivery.LearnAimRef = LARS_LearnAimRef
