Hi, this PSM section and this ILR spec page explain the basic actions and data capture.
For the new aims, in the field for funding adjustment for prior learning, enter the percentage of funding still to be claimed - so if 80% of funding was claimed under the old AO you would enter 20 for the new aim. This ensures that only 20% of £471 is apportioned to the new aim.

Hi all,
I am transferring a large number of learners from one Awarding organisation to another for their functional skills and have a query as I have not done this for a numebr of years .....
For learners who are PPED there will be no prior learning or funding adjustment - Thats the easy one.
For learners who are still due funding payments from 1 month to 2 years can someone please advise how I calculate the adjustment. I know what funding amount is due but am unsure how to enter this into my ILR data as am aware it needs to be entered as a percentage.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
