We noticed an odd behavior on the DAS the last week with employers who hadn't accepted the new Apprenticeship Agreement on the DAS. We were sending them cohorts to approve, they were clicking approve, but had missed the notification that the AA needs to be accepted. When the employer chose approve, it allowed the employer to approve, but instead sent it back to us for approval. This repeated a few times.
We then had a video meeting with the employer where they shared their screen and we could see the notification that they needed to approve the agreement. They then approved the cohort, the learner then disappeared from both our systems. After about five minutes the learner appeared as live, which is longer then usual. In the meantime we tried to upload the learner again to another cohort, but received the overlap error message. We were then able to search for the learner and find them on both our systems. Not sure if this was caused by a delay in the learner appearing as live or by trying to upload the learner again.
We have a further three employers this is happening with hoping to have it resolved by the end of the day.
