Hello,
We have an apprentice who has notified us of a change to their working hours. (Full time to Part-time). we understand we need to update the training plan and associated documentation however, in terms of OTJ would this still be set at the original OTJ entitlement from induction or could this be reduced based on the learners working hours?

It will be fewer per week but should still come to the same total because you'll be extending the duration?
great thanks, so the ILR would remain the same and we would have the documentation on file to show the change of circumstances and updated training plan and app agreement?
