Hi, The Learning Support Funding field for an aim requires a 'from' and 'to' date for the funding duration. The FAM record can't be left open. This page explains the 'to' date. Additional LSF records can be added for an aim to cover multiple periods of support.

I'd say if you are *intending* to deliver every month and have a plan to do so, then set it up for the duration. You'll need to keep an eye on whether you do actually deliver and if you have a month gap, change the end date to the last delivery and then add an additional one when it starts up again.

In regards to the Learner Support Funding. How are you meant to record it in the ILR, we've added it but are getting an error that we have to add the Data Applies To record.
How should this be recorded, should we do it one month at a time incase the Learner can't attend or claim for the planned amount at the beginning?
