ILR Tool acess issues

I have used the ILR tool successfully over the last few months and now all of a sudden the data has dropped out.(nothing new there!)

Then when when I click on "import data"  the tool just closes and each time I retried it did the same.

I have downloaded the ILR tool again / cleared the cache ,but am still having the same problem and it just closes. I have asked my colleague to download on their PC and it is working fine for them.

Does anyone have an ideas what I can try next? I have messaged the helpdesk but so far heard nothing from them and I'm conscious that its ILR submission next week.

Possibly not this, but have you definitely unzipped it before opening? It gets very weird if you try and use it before unzipping...

I would also ensure you try to run it on a local device and not a shared/network device. Sometimes ICT set strict read/write permissions and this can block our programs from running correctly.
