Second Year Withdrawals

Created

I really should know this, but can someone tell me exactly what to do with a 16-18/AEB/loan student who withdraw in their second year pre 6 weeks? How is the 6 weeks determined for a second year? Perhaps they withdraw at the beginning of October, so I know they didn't do 6 weeks in their second year, but it's more than 6 weeks past the start of the academic year. I'm sure I've read guidance on this, but I can't find it anywhere.

16-18, because the funding is annual, you base off six weeks from the start of term/their first attendance (not 1 Aug) and reduce hours to actual where they don't hit 42 days. KS has said this many times, can't put my finger on exactly where it's written down...

AEB/Loans, you just put their last date of attendance and the funding stops. As far as I'm aware, their 42 days for QAR is based off start of aim anyway, not start of year.
