Unable to log-on to submit learner data (and others)

The ESFA helpdesk have asked me to post here enquiring if anyone else is having an issue logging on to services right now (IDAMS, Sumbit Leaner Data, Apprenticeship Service, etc). All attempts to log on for us just have:

There has been an error

Please try again later. If the problem continues, follow the link to submit a support request

(I've followed guidance about removing cache/cookies, tried different browsers and other users in my organisation are getting the same error).

Hi, I am also getting this in Chrome.

If I follow my link that points straight to the SLD site (usually re-directs me to DfE sign in page unless I am already signed in) I get the message

The request is blocked.

It's working for me in Edge though.

All good for me, no issues with SLD or DAS, I don't use IDAMS any more but DfE Sign-in service is working for editing user permissions (I use chrome).
