LDM/DAM code for staff

Hi all,

I was wondering if anybody knows if/what codes need to be used if staff are taking up a course of study with their own training provider?

Hi, with apprenticeships LDM code 356 is used to "identify apprenticeship programmes on Funding model 36 that are being delivered by an employer to their own employees, and so do not require co-investment payments to be recorded on the ILR". Nothing apart from that on ILR.

Is there any codes for Non apprenticeships?

Hi Nicole Campbell, Not aware of anything for non-apps. The reason for holding it for apprenticeships is to remove the need for recording employer contributions on the ILR. Other programmes don't have that requirement in the first place.
