There'd need to be a signature of some description, which I appreciate seems a little antediluvian, but rules is rules. You could ask the service desk for their opinion of course, as in every practical sense someone voicing their agreement should be as satisfactory as a squiggle on a page, but a fastidious auditor might simply point to the funding rules and say you've not met them
Evidence requirements
The provider is undertaking and documenting progress reviews in accordance with paragraphs 87 to 88 and that the agreed outcome or actions of these reviews are signed by all parties in attendance. Where the employer is not able to attend, there must be evidence that they were given the opportunity to contribute and have been sent relevant information after the discussion, for review and for signature.

Digital Recording of Progress Reviews
Created
Hi,
I have been asked to explore the use of digital recording of progress reviews within apprenticeships and wondered whether anyone has any experience of this and how this would be viewed from a audit/compliance perspective?
Thanks
