Not definitively, no. Sometimes the previous provider will tell you/the employer. Otherwise, you have to work it out, but for that you need to be confident of the original start and planned end dates, the actual end date, and the original price. There may have been RPL so technically more left in the band than there would normally have been, but you can't just assume you can have everything that was left in the band.
Neil Allen I will say, we've had a lot of these, and we've never ended up charging too much. We can usually get enough info from the employer or apprentice to work it out. Just keep an eye on your co-investment reports once enrolled to see if the employer contribution looks right. If it's high, it might be because your price plus what the previous provider claimed add up to more than the band maximum. You can do similar checks on your Apps Monthly Payment report to see if your monthly payments look low.
