So the learner is employed but the employer is not making a financial contribution to the Bootcamp? The funding guidance page 9 reads "Courses are fully funded by Government for independent learners (individuals not being co-funded by their employer), and for the self-employed."
Based on the technical funding rules (section on co-funding) I think you set the aim FFI=1 to prevent a 10% or 30% reduction in the ESFA payment. You might want to check the funding guidance to be sure that no employer contribution is appropriate.

Hi all, In relation to employment status for skills bootcamp, how do you record the employment status when they are employed, but the skills bootcamp is not via the employer?
