If the outstanding PMR was only for the completion element, it wouldn't have withheld the 20%. But yes, we had one like this. I said I wasn't dragging an enrolment completed in 22/23 into 23/24 just to record a PMR that wouldn't make any difference. If we got audited on it, I'd just shown them the finance record.

Recording Reciept of payment in a funding year - no live record

Please could you advise on how to record receipt of DAS shortfall payments in the ILR where the learner has achieved in the previous funding year but the payment has come in within the following funding year ?
For example, the record is closed down in FY29 as the apprentice has achieved however, we have received a shortfall payment in FY30 where there is no live record.
