Hi,
We are currently delivering skills bootcamps to learners remanded in prison. Their expected release date is in line with the funding rules and we have evidence that the learners have been offered a job following their release from prison. If the learner has been offered the job today and expected start date is end of march would we be expected to follow this up to ensure the learners have started in employment or offer of employment sufficient?
