I am looking for some clarification on the funding rule 232.3.2 "Where the provider is an employer-provider: If the apprentice finds a new employer, the current employer-provider can no longer continue to deliver training. It would be the responsibility of the new employer to secure a provider for the apprentice, should both parties wish to continue with the apprenticeship"
My workplace is an Employer/provider and i wanted to make sure this was defiantly only if the employee was made redundant and not if they leave om there own accord.

Since it's only under the redundancy section, I'd say that's only relevant in that case. It would be a super weird and harsh rule for any other reason for leaving the employer.
